Intro to A&G
This section introduces our department’s purpose to new hires, as well as providing high-level stats about our team. Some of the most helpful information within this section includes our organizational structure, teammate directory, and list of regions and cities of our operations.
Creative Direction
Led by the Chief Creative Officer, our team’s creative direction drives the aesthetic approach for all artwork within WeWork’s spaces. This chapter outlines our goals and values as well as guidance on how to execute these tenets with a showcase of successful projects.
Processes
In order to keep our operations aligned across multiple regions, we outline many of our global processes in a detailed, step-by-step manner. Beyond explaining how to complete a project from start to finish, we document protocols such as how to work with local artists, how to partner with external vendors, and how to safely ship hand-crafted artwork from our team’s studios to a project installation site.
Offerings
The Art & Graphics Manual also serves to document our team’s capabilities and our responsibilities as related to WeWork’s various products and business lines.
